Great White Egret at Strumpshaw Fen

I decided to catch up on some of the 'missed miles' this morning, so took a stroll around the Fen and Buckenham Marsh. Lots of distant 'goodies': two Cuckoos, two Bitterns and a Kingfisher. Best of all, I managed to pick out a GWE heading east in the distance: I add a photo of a Little Egret following the same course, just for comparison!
